As a former Grange lover, I have really come around to appreciate the Patio and am grateful for its addition to our 'hood. Everything about it is solid- the food, the service, the staff, the level of cleanliness, the overall vibe. It is usually busy, so reservations are a good idea, although a bar seat is usually easy to snag. My favorite meals are the chicken and waffles (easily the best I have ever had.. something about the pearl sugar, the pickles, the cheesy goodness and the chicken is always perfectly fried), the grilled chicken sando, the coconut curry dish and the Caesar salad with chicken. I've tried most of the apps and they've all been great. The bartenders are knowledgeable and make great cocktails. The manager, Mike, seems like a genuinely good person who cares about the community. You can tell the place is run well when staff take pride in their work and never seem stressed or frustrated even when they're slammed. The restaurant runs like a well oiled machine. A+. I will be back soon!

Stopped in for brunch and sat at the bar and omg the chicken and waffles were amazing. I didn't even take a picture before biting into it because it was so good. The staff were very friendly and efficient. The only downside to this place is that it's really loud inside even when the place is half empty - the sound bounces off everything with nothing to absorb it. I don't think I could handle it if the place was full.

Went with 8 of my girlfriends for dinner on Saturday night for our annual Christmas get together. The food, service and vibe were great. It's rare that we all enjoy our meals and everyone was really pleased with what they got. I shared the ribeye with my girlfriend and it was delicious! Our server and the manager/host really helped make our night even more fun. I can't wait to go back and would highly recommend!

Came in for brunch on a Sunday with friends. The food was very tasty! The staff were friendly. The drinks were also super tasty! I forgot to take photos of the food! They changed up the décor since the last time I was in. Made more festive I think. Overall a great option!

The Patio on Broadway is a good but not perfect place for a date night. I found the wine, beer & cocktail menus to be impressive. The food menu was unique & filled with many awesome sounding dishes. The atmosphere during Christmas was warm and festive in a lovely way. The Cesar salad also had anchovies on it which I appreciated. Unfortunately the burger was just fine. I regretted not getting something else on the menu afterwards. The service also could have been better. Sitting at the bar usually means faster service but unfortunately with just one bar tender they seemed to be busy making cocktails most of the time despite the place being less than half full.

My husband and I visited this spot for brunch with friends, and overall, it was a really great experience. We had a reservation for 11:15 a.m., but didn't get seated until about 11:30 a.m. We started with "The Bucket of Bubblies," which was a fun mix of orange juice, guava, and cranberry--definitely a refreshing way to kick off the meal. The restaurant had a lively atmosphere, and we could tell it was a popular spot. The staff was friendly and attentive, though we did notice a bit of distraction at times with phones. Our food arrived quickly, and I have to say, my lobster Benedict with fried potatoes was absolutely delicious--hands down the best Benedict I've ever had! While there were a few minor details in the environment that could be improved, like a little extra attention to cleanliness, it didn't take away from our enjoyment of the meal. The food alone would bring me back for sure. I'll definitely return when we're in the area again!

Came here twice and had a good time both times! Interior is very classy and cozy. Once for brunch, and once for dinner. Brunch: my friend and I got the breakfast sandwich and lox bagel - both were very delicious and filling! A lot of brunch items on the menu too. Nothing too special, but still very tasty! Make reservations if you're coming on the weekend because it got crowded quickly. Dinner: loved the crispy duck meatballs (great texture!), and the waffle and chicken with huge cutes of thick bacon. Darker atmosphere but lovely time. Drinks: delicious. Bartender is also great and if it's not too busy, you can discuss what kind of drinks you'd like and the bartender can try to whip something new up for you! :) Parking: street only unfortunately :( but usually spots open on smaller side streets!

The ambiance was good very cute inside. The service could have been better but that's dependent on the waitress you get. The food was delicious! I got the lobster egg Benedict with home fries (9.5/10) the hollandaise sauce was fantastic and went along great with the home fries. The lobster was buttery and delicious the egg was a tiny bit under done which is usually a really big deal for me personally but the overall taste was so good I could ignore it. I tried the waffles and chicken sandwich 9/10 best one I've ever had! My sister had the breakfast burger (8.5/10). Overall would come again but you definitely need a reservation because they are always full!

Door dashed this gem! It was superb got the crispy eggs Benedict with buffalo hollandaise it was magic in my mouth! The eggs were poached perfectly even as a to go they were gooey! Def going to go try this out in person!
